How to lock collection size when only 1 is in the set

I like the size of the collections when all 4 are in the row, but for two spots I only have 1 collection and I want them to be locked to the same size as the others on the same page. also I use the impulse theme (which seems the hardest to me to edit the code of). any one know what to add to the code to fix this? site link https://downbadmerch.com

yes I want it to keep the size and spacing if there were the other 3 next to it without them there

I tried putting this at the bottom of my theme.css.liquid and it still didn't work. is this the right file, I don't have just a theme.css or any kind of base file for this theme.

@Downbadmerch generally once a collection product is showing placeholder/demo entries shouldn't show.

So make sure to double check the theme settings.
