How to make a fixed header transparent just in the first 10% of the homepage.

Hi, we are using the ‘craft theme’ for our Shopify store and we are wondering if anyone can help us in making our HOME PAGE header fixed and transparent only in the first 10% of the page. Exactly like this header: somstudios.com

We would like to make a fade to black header when the user scroll down like 5-10% of the page and in reverse, when the user go back to the first 10% make a fade to transparent header.

Please we would appreciate any help.
