How to make a menu Item not show up on mobile

Hey all,

I have added a "refer to friend" link to the menu of a site I am working on. But on mobile that menu Item obstructs the main logo, and pushes other elements out of view. 

Is there an easy way to make it so this element doesn't show up on mobile at all?
