How to make a newsletter signup link on shopify.

Hello,

I have a join our newsletter tab at the bottom of the site, but I am looking to post an external link on our social channels to have people be able to tap it and be brought to the sign up box. 

Not sure how to go about doing this.... Thanks

Did you ever figure out how to do this?  I am on the struggle bus myself with it.
