How to make a webapp that sync the product metafield update and save to the Shopify

Hi, I am working with metafield for product details for my website, but it takes too much time to create a JSON file for each product and feel it manually,

my question is, it's possible to create a custom cmd just for metafield that can take the current metafield and allow me to update this information when it's needed then save it back to Shopify?

if yes, please can you give any details or library that I can use on that project. 🙏🙏🙏

I don't like to use the Shopify app because it's not open source and I don't have any control over it.
