How to make banner the same on desktop as appear on mobile

Hi,

I have no coding background, but can follow instructions. I created my website on my mobile and ipad and I would like the images  to look the same on desktop. The pictures in the website are cut off on desktop, but is perfect on mobile. Any help is greatly appreciated.
