How to make Dawn Theme's dropdown menu non-transparent?

Hello all, 

I'm trying to make the dropdown menu of the Dawn Theme NOT BE TRANSPARENT. I'm trying to make it completely solid. Here's the problem. I have google searched and tried EVERY solution and nothing has worked.I think the code may have changed since those solutions have been written. I'm working on a job for a client and need an answer asfast as possible. Please help! Thank you in advance!
