How to make featured collection bleed to edges of the page + have product page images bleed left

I want to know how to do the following 2 things:

1. Have my featured collection images bleed to the edges of the page (left and right), I understand this might be a padding issue but I am not sure what code and where to insert.
2. Have my product page images bleed to the left side of the page.

I've searched many forums but haven't been successful, if someone could take a quick look I would be very grateful 🙂
