How to make footer NOT a straight line (example attached)

Just looking to see if you know how to make a footer to be like a cloud and a wave rather than a straight line. Is this a simple thing to do? 🤔

Sure, of course it can be done.
My question was if it's simple as utilizing CSS or using an image to replace the background or something like that.

I just need to know what to edit to do this.

Then I can utilize GPT to actually build it.

In this part you need to edit footer.liquid  file and add css, image according to this design
