Hello,

I'm using the Debut theme on my store, www.nutri-paw.com

I am looking to make the header only (not the announcement bar) disappear when I scroll down, but re-appear when I scroll back up - such as in the Sense 2.0 theme: https://themes.shopify.com/themes/sense/styles/default/preview

I only want the Annoucement Bar to show when I am at the top of the page, not to re-appear when I scroll up along with the Header

Could someone please help me with this? Sadly I hired one developer and after I paid him he made the header sticky all the way and the Announcement Bar also, which I didn't want to be sticky at all.

Could you please do this for me but I would like the announcement bar to appear on scroll up. At the moment the header only appears.
