How to make image beside text in "Image with text" smaller?

The image is WAY too big in the section "image beside text". Any help to make it smaller? And reduce the space AFTER the section from the footer of the page?

Could you let us know which theme you are using? As this context will allow us to determine the next steps to reducing the section. If you are unsure about which theme is on your online store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots located near the top left of the page.
