How to make image-with-text section vertically shorter in Prestige theme

This is a single section and it takes up the entire screen, so I am trying to reduce its height to about half of this current size. I'd like to keep the image width the same (so cropping the image slightly). Does anyone know how to do this? I've tried everything others have suggested in similar threads, but nothing seems to work.
