How to make mobile view the same desktop?

Hello, I like the look of my website on desktop view but when viewing it on mobile some of the photos are too big and takes to long to scroll all the way down. I would like to make the mobile view the same as the desktop view. Thank you! Website: www.shopwebbys.com

Using CSS and using proper image resolution, you can manage image size for desktop and mobile versions.
