Step 1:

First you need to make footer menu, Go to the Online Store >>> Content >>> Menu >>> Create menu like this

Thank you, I understand this part, that's where I got also, but I mean from the design perspective, how to make the links to be right above the © 2025 text, in that similar size and position.

Open your footer.liquid file
