How to make product card stick when scrowling on PC

Hi, does anyone know how to add the effect that makes the product card always visible when scrowling on PC?

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head>
