How to make sticky header appear on scroll up only - Prestige Theme

Hey there, 

How do I make the sticky header for the Prestige theme appear only on scroll up and disappear on scroll down, instead of appearing when scrolling both up and down?

I've seen some instructions on doing this for other themes but I can't figure out how to apply this to the Prestige theme and in what theme files.

Hello to do this go to Themes> Customize> Header Section> Sticky Header Settings> On Scroll Up
