How to make the background block (in Pages - about us etc.) transparent or change its color

As you can see below there is color block behind the narrative/text I have input - is it possible to change the color and/or make transparent?

Add code Your assets/theme.scss.liquid bottom of the file.

.template-page .content-block { background-color: transparent !important;}
