how to manage files in Shopify menu content

Hi every-one!

In "Content" menu and "Files" under-menu there seem to be the possibility to class files according to different themes to organise them and easily find them but I don't understand how to manage this. Any new column I'm creating contains all the files, be it pictures or videos just like the "All" column. Does anybody has the same problem or may give any hint to solve this problem?
