How to modify product purchase page elements on Debutify?

Hi, on the product purchase page on Debutify:

1) How do I remove the color dropdown? My product only comes in 1 color.

2) How do I remove the do you like this product checkbox? And the customer name box?

3) How do I remove the FAQ section from that page?

4) How do I remove the get in touch section at the bottom of that page?

Hopefully all possible without touching the code.
