How To Move Collection Description To The Top ?

I'm using the Dawn template, and the collection description appears at the bottom of the page, below the products. However, I want to move it to the top, above the products.
I've attached an image for clearer understanding. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to customize your theme on shopify admin

then navigate to default collection page .

then as on screenshot check if collection banner is placed below product grid if it is drag it above the product grid it will solve unless you have code customized on theme .

Unfortunately, that solution doesn't work. It might work on a homepage, but this is a collection page. I can navigate to products, then to collections, choose a collection, and only then can I change titles or descriptions. However, there's no option to change their position on the page.
