How can I lower the header in the Brooklyn theme?

I was wondering if someone know how to move this header down? I am looking to have the words below the image's chin line. I am currently using the Brooklyn theme.

@WinterSolsticeH You can add announcement bar for this kind of text. or you can go to  theme style > header div 
now add another div above the header div for custom text
