How to move the Burger Icon Menu in Header to the right side (mobile version) for Spotlight Theme

Hello,

I'm trying to get the Burger Icon Menu to the right side of my header (mobile version) in the Spotlight Theme, right next to the shopping bag.

I've tried modifying a few lines in my base.css and theme.liquid files but I see no changes at all.  

Any help or tips on where to look?
