How to move the logo to the left side and drop down menu next to the logo and not under it

I had it like this before but since i had to update the Craft theme, most of the codes are now lost.

I would like:

1. Logo/ Menu always to be sticky when scrolling 

2. How to move the logo to the left side on desktop
3. Drop down header menu to be next to the logo and not under the logo
4. Header colour changes from black to white - Logo and text colour needs to also change to black when scrolling
