How to overlay image swiper on header

In this image slideshow is overlay on header can someone please guide me how can i do this. If possible please provide me the code. I'm struggling with this from the past three weeks. I'm using dawn theme. I already increase the size of header to the 80vh which is working fine. And also created the Image swiper. Now i just want to overlay them
