How do I remove currency code on cart total?

For removing JUST the currency code from the cart total and only the cart display requires a theme customization.

Unless the theme puts the currency code in it's own element like a <span> then it can be targeted with CSS, but that varies wildly among themes.

To disable the currency code for the entire store https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets/pricing/currency-formatting
