How to remove payment icons from empty cart page, Debut theme

Does anyone know how to remove payment icons that i have add from empty cart page?

Also if someone can tell me how to move a little bit up, the circle items from the next photo  from cart page i will appreciate..

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

I add the code that you tell me and it disappeard and both empty cart page and cart page( with items)..

I want to remove just from empty cart..When i have items in the cart i want to appear like it is

Hi, I am wanting to remove payment icons from my cart page but when I go to cart-template.liquid - there is nothing in there regarding payment icons etc. I couldn't work out how to add "afterpay" to these payment icons so I am just wanting to remove them all together from the cart page only instead. This is what it currently looks like.

hi,

to answer your first question :

1) go to "cart-template.liquid"

2) seach a div block with this class "payment_icons_incart" 

3) comment or delete this block  ( more infos for comment: https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/liquid/reference/tags/theme-tags#comment )
