How to remove top header between custom-liquid (video) and header

I have a small question that I am hoping someone with plenty of experience can solve in less than 10 seconds.... I use custom liquid for one of my pages (video autoplay)... but I am unable to get rid of the top bit where it says Home/Menu and it really annoys me. Do you know how I may be able to get rid of this? Here is the page: https://www.munchdmeals.com/pages/food (right at the top)

I am using custom theme and I have tried multiple suggestions from other posts but it is still there.

Any suggestions?
