How to replicate button hover effect on non-theme sections that I have installed

Hi!

I'm using the Prestige theme. I have also installed some additional sections via a section app (so non theme sections).

The issue is that the non-theme sections don't have the same nice button hover effect as the theme (Prestige).

Please can someone help me with the css code for creating the same button hover effect on the non-theme sections?
