How to set fixed dimensions on collection banner image on warehouse - hulk theme?

The Warehouse - HULK theme allowed me to set fixed dimensions for the homepage banner image through the "Customize" editor but was not given the same option as the collection banner images. How and where can I edit the Collection page layout so that the banner image has fixed dimensions?
