How to set up a buy 1 get 2 free discount on my online store?

Hello, I'm trying to do a buy 1 get 2 free discount on my store but I can't seem to get it to work. If they buy 1 one product they should be able to get two different products for free. The discount doesn't show in cart or at checkout. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
