How to show free shipping message bar to specific countries only

We have recently upgraded our theme to Shopify 2.0. Since we offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $500, I have added the free shipping message bar to our website header and cart page.

I am wondering if there is a way to edit this, so it only shows up to customers within Australia, not our international customers?
