How to successfully use a bulk image editor for website photos?

Hi

I have about 2000 photos on my website that I would like to appear in the same format 1080x1350 px.

I have tried the Bulk image editor ( Even signed up to their premium plan) But nothing is happening when I run the app. It is working for about 15 minutes, reaching a 100%, But when I look through my website, nothing at all has been changed. All photos and formats are exactly the same as before.

Am I doing something wrong? Has anybody tried this app with success? Or is it a big scam?

Hmm I am not totally sure that another app is the solution, and I can´t really see if it fits my problem totally, but thanks 🙂
