How to transfer reviews to a new theme on my ecommerce page?

Hi, 

My shopify page is up and running but i want to change its theme. 

SO i took new theme, most of the information was moved there automatically, but i can't get the reviews that are in existing published page, to get so they would be visible on the new design of the page.

Can someone help me with it, or maybe have a comment about it, please let me know?
