How to truncate text and add read more button on rich text

Hi there,

I would like to truncate a text that is too long in my homepage, to show only two lines, or for example 200 characters and add the Read More in hyperlink to expand the text.

How can I do that?

The Rich text is in the bottom after the blog posts.
