How to truncate the title length for featured collection for Ella Theme, Shopify.

My product length is already truncated for featured products. On android phones it is truncated but on iOS phones it shows the full length, I do not know why? Maybe it is because i didnt use a CSS Code. Can anyone give me a CSS code that can work both on Android and IOS devices?

My store URL is Https://esmoshops.com and I want to reduce the length of the title description on the collection page. It works perfectly on android but on iOS it is not truncated.
