How to turn a button into a custom scroll button?

This is my website blossomvase.com 

I want to make the "Learn More" button a scroll button, so that when you click on it, it smooth scrolls to the "Real Flowers = Real Problems" section of the website page.

I want to do this without making a custom liquid section. I just want to redirect the URL of this button to the section ID for the "Real Flowers = Real Problems" part. Some help would be appreciated.

Thank you so much, that worked.

Just one little tweak if don't mind, but it probably isn't any issue. If you look at the images, how do I make the scroll down more precise, so it scrolls down exactly so that the text "Real problems etc" is right below the header.
