How to turn pop-up links into buttons in Dawn theme?

On the product page, I have some popup links but i want them to be buttons. Could anyone please help me with this?

Yes please, I want them to look like add to cart buttons. I have two popup links on the product page, I want one to look like the add to cart button, the other too, but as an outlined button.

Thank you, and there is one thing I want to do is to put the New customer account login form into those pop-ups, once customer logs in, they'll be redirected to the page they choose to log in from. In this case, redirecting to the product page they log in *from*.
