How to use custom code to add a specific menu on pages? (Broadcast theme)

Hello,

I would like to use custom code to add menus in the template section.

If I wanted to say add the menu "third menu" centered on mobile and right justify on desktop.

How could i write the code section so I can paste it on Custom code?
