how to use theme "Symmetry" contact page as his demo shows?

And I had viewed their demo, the contact page shows great,

Hi you can check from admin/online store/pages / contact page

or from admin/online store/action/edit code/ template/page.contact.liquid

My problem is about the content on the left, I can not find how to set up the left way's content.

I try to use the "FAQ HEADER" section, but it can't show as the demo( I mean it can not show will at phone).
