How to vertically stack footer blocks Flow Theme

Hello! I am looking to vertically stack some of the blocks in my footer, while keeping the rest in the same position. Specifically, I am looking to place the social links block under the image block (containing the logo), as well as to move the other blocks (other than newsletter signup) closer to the image/logo block, but without stacking them. I've attached a screenshot to help explain it. I'm using the Flow Theme. Thanks so much for your help! 🙂
