huge spacing in the cart page - dawn theme

Hello,

For an unknown reason, I have a huge spacing above the header and announcement bar in my cart page.

I cant figure out what is causing this issue. It happens both on mobile and desktop.

I attached a screenshot, please advice!

Yes it is.

I use GemPages for all my store so I didn't notice, but I checked in the dawn theme and it is for more pages that is on dawn theme.

This is for the cart page, but also more pages in the dawn theme.

I use GemPages for most of my store so it's only like this in the cart page that I cant customize...
