Hyperlink with image (Such as youtube logo) in main menu

Hi all,

I am trying to add clickable buttons with a hyperlink to external sites on our main menu. We would like to have our social channels and link to our separate businesses. 
But, I would like them to be on the right hand side of our main menu and be able to contain custom images to accompany them. I have attached what we are looking to achieve and what ours looks like currently.
