I am having a cart issue, cannot remove items and also a 404 page

I am having an issue with my cart that my customers are complaining they cannot checkout due to this issue. When adding an item to cart and then trying to remove it, when you try to remove certain items it gives a 404 page and then also when removing items and then going back to shop and back to cart, those items reapply and you cannot take them out of the cart. Can someone help please as black friday sales are running and loosing sales fast 😞
