I can’t access theme editor on my Shopify admin

I haven't been able to load my theme editor for the past few hours. It was acting very slow and will not load at all now. My internet is fine. The admin page loads in a quick manner, but when I click on the customize button it never finishes loading the theme editor.  I tried to clear the cache , I tried using both safari & chrome , I tried to use different devices but still .

The store is not live yet , I want to customize the dawn theme but it doesn’t go through . Please note my internet is fine & I’m able to do other things on my Shopify admin like adding products etc but I can’t access the theme part . I have attached a photo of what appears (It keeps on loading but doesn’t go though) I think the problem is on your side as Shopify.
