I can't add my bank account - 2FA loop

I'm trying to add my bank account.

 

It tells me to add 2FA.

 

I add 2FA.

 

It tells me to add 2FA.

 

I've tried chatting with support but get stuck in an endless loop with the chat-bot there, too.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

 

I've tried:

 

Removing 2FA and re-adding it

Different 2FA methods

Hi,

I’ve had this issue too. Try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Use a different browser or incognito mode.

  3. Double-check that you're logged into the correct account.

  4. Disable 2FA, log out, then log back in and re-enable 2FA with a fresh method.

  5. Ensure your mobile number is verified for SMS-based 2FA.

If it persists, contact support via email instead of the chatbot. Hope this helps.
