I can't remove pop-up and text chat.

So I have this old shop that I decided to download again to customize it and I want to get ride of these two things. Before you ask, no I do not have any app installed, it is a brand new account. I think that this pop-up and text chat app app got burned into the files.

Hey @CertifiedStore 

Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file

4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag

.needsclick.kl-private-reset-css-Xuajs1 {
    display: none !important;
}
iframe#chat-button {
    display: none !important;
}
</style>
