i have my favicon loaded but it just doesn't appear on the browser tab(like chrome). any suggestions? dawn theme.

Favicon are usually crawled by google search engine automatically if you meets their requirements. Google has a specific requirement on favicon should be and here is the documentation: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/favicon-in-search
Give also some time the google to index the page via search console.
