I'm trying to remove a cover for my video?

I'm trying to remove this ugly thumbnail cover & have the YouTube button instead of having people click twice or seeing this icon, it looks unprofessional is there any way I can fix it or remove it?

Also is there a way I can get the video to start playing when they scroll down to it?
