I have two important questions! will be very glad if you help me figure them out!

1st Q: How can I make Scrollable Horizontal Menu both on desktop and mobile?

example: 

My desire to make a 1 item scrollable horizontal menu,

and when ever I slide right or left to a different item, the website does a slide animation right or left to a different page. Essentially I want to have one brand with different niches (care, fashion, sports, camping etc..). different pages for each niche. 

So 2nd Q: Is that possible?
