I need my header and announcement bar to change from white to black based on the given background

My current header/logo and announcement bar are white on the home screen which is obviously visible because my image is dark. When I switch to another page you can no longer see the header/logo and announcement bar so I would like it to change to black when there is a light background. How do I do this?

hello Solbara
this happens because your header is styled for the dark background on the homepage to fix it.
you can add custom CSS to make the header logo turn to black on other pages  some themes 
let you set different styles par page check your theme setting first
